NEWS RELEASE Algae Bioenergy Solutions, Inc (ABS) has changed its designation from a Limited Liability Corporation (llc) to a Corporation (Inc.) effective August 1, 2011.  This Incorporation follows the agenda set forth by ABS to compile the filings for its Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to raise $10, 000,000.00 for its scale ups currently being assembled in Graniteville, South Carolina.

(ABS) has evaluated its existing Joint Venture with Bard Holding, Inc. located in Morrisville, PA and found that ABS could accelerate its Algae commercial operation in the Southeast without further association with Bard Holding, LLc.  It is felt that Algae Bioenergy Solutions, llc. (ABS) has its own technology and experts in place to enhance its own production capability and maintain the time line for its growth established prior to its engagement with Bard Holding, LLC.

ABS Plans Scale-Up in Georgia September 2, 2010 AlgaeIndustryMagazine.com Algae Bioenergy Solutions (ABS), of Augusta, Georgia, has announced preliminary plans to develop a three to five million gallons per year algae oil plant, expandable to forty million gallons a year, to produce feedstock for biodiesel and other products at their 98-acre site near the Augusta, Georgia Airport.
