BARD/ABS Joint Venture

         Algae Bioenergy Solutions, LLC (ABS) is extremely pleased to join with Bard Holding, Inc, to develop a 10 million expandable to 100 million gallon a year algae oil facility in Augusta, Georgia.  For over three years, ABS considered numerous algae technology companies to be our joint venture partner to meet our nation’s urgent need for a commercially viable renewable transportation fuel.  Only BARD was able to certify their technology as truly being commercially reasonable. ABS is impressed with Bard’s vision and innovative scientists who have developed an elegant solution to rapidly grow and process algae.  Algae produced by the Bard/ABS joint venture will be processed into biodiesel and other products, such as renewable jet fuel.    Every gallon produced by BARD/ABS will reduce our dependence on foreign oil and help America to be energy independent once more.
